How to print a test page on Windows

Use Windows printer settings or print one of our original diagnostic pages when you need more detailed print-quality checks.

Windows steps

  1. Open Settings, then go to Bluetooth & devices and Printers & scanners.
  2. Select your printer.
  3. Open printer properties or manage options.
  4. Choose the built-in test page option if it is available.
  5. For color, alignment, grayscale, or line checks, print one of the test pages on this site.
